Please note, the only uses for hotels and Short Term Rentals allowed currently under the stay home order is for essential workers, housing for homeless, and quarantine/ containment measures related to COVID.

As such, we are not currently permitted to rent to non-essential travelers from outside or within California. To be considered an essential worker, the individual must be in the area performing an essential service. As such, those who are essential workers do not qualify to stay if they are on vacation or spending the weekend away from their home.

Anyone qualifying as an essential traveler is required to sign a provided essential travel waiver upon arrival.

ESSENTIAL TRAVEL WAIVER

The Regional Stay Home Order (PDF), announced December 3, 2020, will go into effect within 24 hours in regions with less than 15% ICU availability. It prohibits private gatherings of any size, closes sector operations except for critical infrastructure and retail, and requires 100% masking and physical distancing in all others.

The order will remain in effect for at least 3 weeks and, after that period, will be lifted when a region’s projected ICU capacity meets or exceeds 15%. This will be assessed on a weekly basis after the initial 3 week period.

All individuals living in the Region shall stay home or at their place of residence except as necessary to conduct activities associated with the operation, maintenance, or usage of critical infrastructure, 1 as required by law, or as specifically permitted in this order.

Californians may leave their homes for essential purposes including but not limited to:

Essential Work or for traveling to/from Essential Work
                Needing to self-isolate or quarantine
Unable to stay in their own home due to COVID related issues
Traveling to care for a vulnerable person
Domestic services such as shopping, laundry, or gas
For essential outdoor recreation close to home
Government services such as post office, courthouse, dmv
To express political views in groups of 10 or less—in car protests are allowable
Full time RVer moving from point A to B or returning home

NOTE: Local orders are being updated continuously to clarify/expand on the statewide order. Please contact your county to confirm that you are complying with the most current version of your local order.

I confirm that I am traveling for COVID-19 mitigation and containment measures such as an essential worker or to care for a sick individual or to self-quarantine.

Update concerning COVD-19

To Our Valued Customers,

We're facing a truly unique time as the situation with coronavirus continues to evolve. All of our families, businesses and communities have been impacted and our hearts go out to anybody affected directly or indirectly by the virus.

I want to update you on how we are approaching the situation here at the Olema Campground.

First and foremost, we're focused on the safety of our Guests, Employees, Families and our community and are monitoring the situation closely. We're taking steps to ensure we are meeting your needs even with the "Shelter in Place" order.

Our laundry is open 24 hours every day.

We're filling propane between the business hours 9:00am-5:00pm.

The dump station is also open during business hours and is a $10.00 fee for non-customers.

The Campground is open with restrictions in place. We suspended recreational  tent camping and group gatherings till further notice. RV campers will be asked to use their facilities in there RV's to limit exposure to them self and our employees. We also ask to please bring necessary supplies with you.

We will continue to closely monitor this global crisis and are committed to keeping you updated.

Our team is working very hard to keep the Campground well maintained, clean, disinfected and safe for our Guests, Employees, Families and Community members who use the facility so we can get to regular business as soon as we win the fight with this virus.

We value your questions, ideas and feedback

Sincerely
